Optimal Hood Cleaning Process
(1) Everything on the equipment line needing moved, will get moved. We will take care of this and put it all back when finished. Equipment and all areas. will be covered with plastic.
Our process includes taking the time to create a barrier between your work space and our work space. Taking the time to do it right the first time, makes our cleanup much easier, and saves time resulting in a much better, faster commercial kitchen exhaust / hood cleaning.
(2) Next the filters will be removed from the kitchen hood, and set aside for cleaning in the designated area. The hood, plenum, duct, and trough areas will be pre-scraped and saturated with chemical in order to get all grease out of the system during the hood cleaning. Next the process includes wrapping hood with a zero leak barrier shield and funneled into a garbage can. The waste water will be disposed of properly when finished.

(3) Moving on in the process, the kitchen exhaust fan/s, fan blades, duct work (if acessible), and access panels (if available) will be pre-treated with our industrial strength cleaning agent and then cleaned using hot water and a high powered pressure washer or steam cleaner. Using various cleaning methods, based on the systems needs, we are able to get the duct-work down to bare metal. Not only does this get your hood system cleaned thoroughly eliminating the risk of a fire, but it will also improve the airflow to keep your restaurant smoke free.
