Yes! We report to the A.H.J. where required using The Compliance Engine. The fee for this is already added into your hood cleaning quote, so no need to worry about anything. We have you covered!
We are able to provide an immediate hood cleaning quote through email or text with just a few simple questions. For multiple locations, or full restaurant cleanings we will need to send a technician out to observe the site. This is usually done within 48 hours.
We do provide emergency hood cleaning for when your Ansul system goes off, or when a restaurant is shut down and requires cleaning to get reopened asap. For a standard cleaning, this varies. The fastest scheduling times are usually between the middle-end of each month. Please contact us to find out our next availability. We will also post on our Facebook page when we have upcoming spots available.
Our standard hood cleaning quote includes cleaning of the fan/s, filters, ductwork (if accessible), kitchen hood - inside and out, back splash down to the equipment line, as well as the cleaning report submission to the A.H.J. (if in an area where required). Full back splash cleaning to the floor, and other special requests are charged extra.
If your crew cleans the filters regularly, you can save $ by having us skip the filters.
At Optimal Hood Cleaning we feel other companies that offer hood cleaning contracts are just there way to force there services on you. They'll rope you in for a year contract or longer then do garbage work, charge for unnecessary up sales, and your stuck with them.
Therefore at Optimal, we do not offer service contracts! We want you to be happy with our services and the quality of work we provide. Top notch unmatched service every time!
Unless other arrangements are made prior, we require payment at the time of service. We accept payment via cash, check, card, zelle, venmo, or paypal.
Absolutely not! The price quoted is the invoice amount. No additional taxes or fees. If your system requires additional equipment (hinge kit, grease boxes, etc.) we will provide pricing, but will not charge for anything extra without your permission.
At Optimal Hood Cleaning, we spend very little to no money on advertising. We let the quality of work we provide, speak for itself. In addition Optimal only services the greater metro Phoenix area. Optimal is locally owned and operated, and not a national chain. This allows us to keep our prices low, and therefore passing the savings onto the customer. Our rates tend to be much lower than those other guys.
Currently we only have two continuously running discounts. The first one is for referrals - Any referral leading to a completed job will save 15% off of your next scheduled hood cleaning. The second is a key discount. Providing us with a key to service your restaurant after hours, makes scheduling easier on our end, therefore we provide you with an after hours key discount.

This is not required. We are insured and bonded and everything will be taken care of. Our crew will lock up, turn off the lights, set the alarm, any special instructions will be followed to a tee.
